HOW TO SHOP?
Once you have decided on items you want, simply add them to the shopping cart. Fill in your contact and address details and choose your preferred payment method. After you do payment, please do make a Payment Confirmation here.
Then you will receive email notification that your payment is received. Please allow 3 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

10. Kamu akan menerima email Order Status Report Shipped setelah kami mengirim pesananmu.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FIRST BEFORE SHOPPING?

DOES MataTimur ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide. Please shop on MataTimur Etsy Shop We accept payment via PayPal only.
We use "Pos Biasa Luar Negeri" by Pos Indonesia with estimated delivery time: 4-10 weeks after shipment. This is a standard international shipping service with tracking number, without insurance. If you need a priority shipping, we will use "Pos Paket Internasional" also by Pos Indonesia. It will be delivered within 6-10 days. Use CONVERSATION to make sure about the cost.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT METHOD WORK?

HOW IS THE SHIPPING RULES, ESTIMATION, AND SCHEDULE?
