HOW TO ORDER?
Once you have decided on items you want, simply add them to the shopping cart. Fill in your contact and address details and choose your preferred payment method. After you do payment, please do make a Payment Confirmation here.

Then you will receive email notification that your payment is received. Please allow 3 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FIRST BEFORE SHOPPING?
No, you don’t have to. You only need to enter recipient detail, contact number and address details when you shop at matatimur.com

DOES MataTimur ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide. Please shop on MataTimur Etsy Shop  We accept payment via PayPal only.

We use "Pos Biasa Luar Negeri" by Pos Indonesia  with estimated delivery time: 4-10 weeks after shipment. This is a standard international shipping service with tracking number, without insurance. If you need a priority shipping, we will use "Pos Paket Internasional" also by Pos Indonesia. It will be delivered within 6-10 days. Use CONVERSATION to make sure about the cost.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT METHOD WORK?
Payment should be made strictly within 24 hours after an order notification is sent to your email address. If payment is not made and confirmed within 24 hours your order will automatically expire. You may re-order but the availability of the product(s) cannot be guaranteed.

It is highly recommended that you confirm your payment here. Please note that order can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed. We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING RULES, ESTIMATION, AND SCHEDULE?
We use TIKI and JNE courrier service.

We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no contact number of the recipient.

To track your order or deal with the problem, please check your TIKI No. Resi in the “Track” on tiki.id OR JNE Airway Bill Number in "Lacak Kiriman" on jne.co.id

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) THAT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
Please register yourself to matatimur.com and use 'Notify Me' on items you want to buy. Once we restock the items, you will be notified with email.

DOES MATATIMUR ACCEPT NEW STOCKIST?
If you like to carry our products in your shop, please email us at hello@matatimur.com and please include a little about yourself, your store, and who else you stock.
